Are the spanish authorities asking for the 'news' of this marriage to be published in Indian Newspaper? It says 'a proof of our marriage being published in two Indian newspapers everyday during one month'
So an advertisement in the classified column of some small newspaper published everyday for a month could do. Good luck.
