Dave,

We can just turn the ACL to read-only, and ask infra to shutdown the mailing
lists.  No need to notify the board (don't think we need to micro-manage
this), although we can put a mention in the monthly report.

Hi Noel, What do we need to do to moth-ball SocialSite? Do we need to
remove SVN space and mailing lists? Or, do we simply notify the board
and give them a date for later termination?
