Problem with java dialogs

Hi!
I use Pax-runner to run an application that uses a dialog to get input from
the user. The problem is that just before the dialog is shown,
pax-runner/osgi freezes. I have to press "return" on the command line window
where I run pax-runner (on Windows) to get the dialog shown. After that, I
have to press again "return" several times to allow the interaction with the
dialog happen in a normal way. Is this a known issue?
I am also getting tons of debug messages from the dialog, even if I am not
set pax-runner to shown debug messages. Any clue of why this happens?
