[pax-exam] Is there any way to exclude a bundle from PaxRunnerOptions.scanFeatures()?

Hi Folks,

Say I want to pull in all the bundles in a particular feature, with the
exception of one or two.

Is there any way to express an exclusion, in the sense of "grab all the
bundles in feature F *except* bundles A and B"?
