[gentoo-alt] Linux profiles now inherit from 10.0 instead of 2008.0

Hi,
Just a note that the inheritance switched here. I'm not *real* familiar
with all the crazy inheritance but I had an up2date amd64-linux prefix and
then changed the parent file and saw no changes with 'emerge -avuDN world'
- should be safe for everyone.

Please file bugs if you find any problems.
