[gentoo-dev] Redux: Please do not stabilize packages for arches you cannot test for

As per the discussion about marking packages stable for arches you can't
test for, would the following arches please check out bug #28328?

PPC, HPPA, ARM

If they would like to test DB-4.1 (with OpenLDAP) [and DB4.2 if you're
feeling brave], that would help out as well.
