[gentoo-mips] 2006.1 and 2007.0 profiles to be removed today

Just a heads up, but I'll be removing the 2006.1 and 2007.0 profiles later 
today.  You'll want to, at minimum, switch to the 2007.1-dev profile.

I'll also be adding a 2008.0 (which probably won't be all to different from 
2007.1-dev).

There will be some more changes coming soon, so stay tuned.
