Required course for Environmental Studies majors. Topics to be covered include origins, evolution, and influence of the American environmental movement. Course is scheduled MW 2:55-4:15 pm; plus office hours to be arranged. *Position 2* - Teach one section of *EST 608, Environmental Advocacy Campaigns and Conflict Resolution*; projected enrollment, 15 students. Required course for Environmental Studies graduate students. Topics to be covered include dynamics, strategies, and tactics of campaigns advocating for particular environmental policies; and processes for resolving, managing, or preventing environmental conflict.
