The code for GnuDIP is in Perl, and supports CGI. So if all of the Perl
features are supported in the Perl implementation, and the web server
supports CGI, the GnuDIP code should run on Windows.

Keep in mind of course that all text files have UNIX line endings ("LF"
only, not "CRLF"), so an editor that can handle this is needed to edit
"gnudip.conf".

However, the ActiveState version of Perl (with which I believe IIS will
work) still had some important limitations in its implementation of
"fork" the last time I looked. There are probably other short-comings.

Also, GnuDIP uses several external commands - typically nsupdate,
sendmail and logger - and assumes that each accepts certain input on
STDIN. Something equivalent must be available.

So, while I am not aware of any limitations that I have introduced in
the actual code, I doubt that you will get it to run.
