After witnessing the fooling-blossoming of an unlikely
coalition between independent Goans in the east and
the west, foreign Indians down under, and regime
change and civil war management experts in the clouds,
President Pandurang has decided to ishtigate and
saapport a Goan Independence Party. The purpose of
this party will be a prompt regime change in Goa, and
an immediate management of a new civil war.
At the party the old government will be smoked and dug out of his hole. He will then be caashtigated in public by stripping him down to his kaashti. The public will also consist of agnostics, scientists, philosophers, and other people of questionable intelligence who will be put in their place in the maatov by the common man. Refreshments will be provided. The civil engineers will not be put in place because they are needed to manage the civil war. They will advise as to which ancient foreign customs are right, and which Indian ones are to be removed by extermination of the customers and customs officers. After the regime change, there will be liberation ceremony. People will be greeted with flowers. Refreshments will be served by the government servants. Two elections will be held and the civil war will begin. Everybody will have to remain in the maatov because there is no exit strategy. Nobody can cut and run, if they want freedom and democracy imposed on them.
