[google-appengine] How long to get approval for Account?

Hi

I've already used my cellphone thrice to get a txt msg before I can start
uploading/managing apps in the Dashboard, but no luck yet. I've also
submitted the manual form https://appengine.google.com/waitlist/sms_issues

How long does it take for the manual form to go through? Could someone on
the team please help me with this?
