[google-appengine] Deleting auto generated indexes

Hi guys - initially I've used auto generated indexes in my
application. And now I've modified them to manual but I could still
see the old auto generated indexes under Datastore index viewer. Can
some body tell me how to delete them? or how to clean the app DB?
