[google-appengine] App Engine account activation

I have successfully registered for an app account after validating
with Google App Engine Code which I got as a text message. But I am
still getting an error when I am trying to upload a test app.
right now I can log into my GAE account and everything looks ready ,
but I am constantly getting error when I try to upload even a simple
"hello world " app. But the test applications run fine on my local
server.

After I checked the forums I found that an email notification is also
sent after the app engine is fully activated.

Please let me know if I have to wait for the email message for the
account to be fully activated or should I delete the account and try
to recreate it with another text message code. It has been almost 3
days I have created my account.

Any information would be appreciated.
