kriging with non-regular supports (polygons)

Dear list,

I would like to aggregate point data to non-regular supports, e.g.
polygons. Is it possible to specify a polygon file or a rasterized
polygon file via 'mask' to obtain kriging estimates per polygon area? I
could not figure it quite out from the manual what to do.
