Recall and the latest legal challenge...

In the Buzz we'll talk to Reagan Biographer Lou Cannon on his new book: "Governor 
Reagan: His Rise to Power" (this was the man and book Chris was touting during the 
Liddy segment last night)...Lou will have you standing on your chair and applauding...

Plus, Luntz and Norah will do the Recall, Wes Clark's big announcement and maybe some 
Bush stuff if we have time for it...

Of course due to the fast paced breaking news nature of this business we reserve the

Wesley Clark, the retired general with a four-star military resume but no political 
experience, decided Tuesday to become the 10th Democratic presidential candidate,

Mark Fabiani, a spokesman for Clark, did not reveal the decision, but sources close to 
the former Army general said he told his fledgling campaign team that he's in the
