Dear Amy and Heidi – thank you both and to Heidi in particular. How ironic and disturbing that a publishing house founded by a Jew should be publishing a book by someone who espouses such odious views. I agree that this is not an issue of free speech but of choosing whether to help distribute and legitimize such views and to profit off of them.
