La jeune prostituée aveugle
The author undertakes a trip to Meron to prepare a synopsis for a documentary
film on the procession of the Sefer Torah from Safed to Meron for the Hilloula
of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochay and finds himself engulfed in memories of his
childhood in Marrakech, among them those of a young blind prostitute. By her
fate she becomes for him the symbol of the social condition imposed on the
Jewish Moroccan community in Israel, their legendary discrimination and
exploitation.
The book reinforces the struggle and triumph of those who never surrendered in
despair, like that young prostitute, Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai and Jewish
communities.
Second book
Des enfants, des trains (Children and trains) in French language. Scenario poem
built to reveal the horrible fate of the Jewish children during the Holocaust,
which has to be remembered. Forgetting it is treason. It is composed out of the
experiences told, described, filmed and revealed to the author during his life
