Shalom, I am trying to assist a librarian in an Israeli academic library who needs to use the free library software package called "Miriam Nihul Sifriyot", which I had never heard of before now. She has been unsuccessful in getting help from the program's support team, and would like to address questions to someone who has practical experience with the program.
I suspect that this is relevant only for Israeli libraries and librarians.
