Inappropriate message may appear when exporting authority records

On occasion, you may receive the following message when you export authority records: "This main entry exists in another authority record: LCCN=n ######## ARN=oca########." You receive the message as a result of a process that normalizes the main entry to help reduce duplicate records. Currently, tags are not considered in the normalization process.

The message occurs when you validate the record (Edit, Validate) before exporting or when you have the validation level set to "Full" in the Tools, Options, General tab (click Validation Level Options).

If you used Edit, Validate, you can go ahead and export with no problem. If you have the validation level set to "Full," change it to "Basic" and then export the record.

Bear with me, it's a bit tangled.

I tried to export sh 85104320 (Polish poetry as a subject).

I have my export authorization set to full, so OCLC automatically validates authority records before export.

On trying to export this record, I received this validation report:
"This main entry exists in another authority record: LCCN=no2005073126 ARN=oca06702363" and the record failed to export. (I lowered my standards and exported without trouble later.)

Curious, I consulted the authority record referred to in the error message. no2005073126, which looks, in part, like this:

130 0Cross-cultural review chapbook. Ç,p Polish poetry
430 0Polish poetry

This record validates without error, by the way.

Here are my questions:

1. Why does the presence of a character string match in a 430 (or possibly a 130 subfield p) have any impact on validation of a 650?

2. If Polish poetry is problematical, why isn't Cross-cultural review .p Polish poetry problematical?

3. The authority record for Polish poetry dates from 1985, if I'm not mistaken. How can entering a record in 2005 mess up one from 1985?

or, to sum it up, what is going on here?
