But in this case you are citing the heading that appeared in the JNUL bib record, not the found heading on the piece. I think it might be worth considering putting the Romanized heading in square brackets since it doesn't appear in the heading in the bib record to you are citing. The cataloger creating or updating the NAR always supplies the standard romanization regardless of whether there is romanization in the item--or someone else's record for the item.
