Hi Joan, top of the morning:

I intended the NYP record's romanization to be only an entry point, not 
an end in itself.

The offending phrase comes from Tractate Sukah, p 35, side A and is 
romanized per Steinsaltz "ketute mikhtat shiureh." Per Art scroll's 
second vol. of Sukah, "katute mikhtat shiureh." It appears to mean, "the 
measuerment of the pulverized fragment [Art scroll: "its measurement is 
considered pulverized" ]" but I bow humbly to finer, more informed 
translations.  It occurs in a discussion of the levov.

NYP has a record out the under the title: Be-din katute mikatat shi?ura 
(OCLC #62579702). I haven't the foggiest what this means, but this looks 
to be a fine place to start; NYP is usually reliable with this sort of 
thing.

What are the two kaf-tav-tav words???  I wasn't able to find this one in OCLC, 
much less romanize it, and with your help I'd like to do both.
