Dear David:

After discussions with Cheryl Banks, one of the co-chairs of the AJL
2009 convention in Chicago, and with the agreement of our president and
division president, we would like to suggest that the OCLC users meeting
take place on Wednesday July 8th 2009 at 8:00 am, before our division
and general meetings.  We hope this is a convenient time for you.

We would like to offer you a room at the hotel for the night of Tuesday
July 7th if you would like to come to Chicago the previous evening to be
ready so early in the morning.

Thank you very much for being so understanding and trying to accommodate
the needs of our members.
