The task group on BIBCO Standard Record Requirements submitted its Final 
Report to the PCC Steering Committee and Policy Committee.  Those groups 
will deliberate with the goal of making a decision at ALA Annual.

The TG and PCC leadership thank all who offered comments on the Interim
