Sylvia Woods used to sell tapered pegs and reamers at her Harp Center (harpcenter.com). I expect she still does, so you might try e-mailing her. I believe there were two different sizes of pegs offered, steel: not sure whether the same taper is found in wooden pegs or not -- Daniel Musick

Does anyone know of a resource for the "traditional" narrow tapered pegs (and probably a tapered reamer as well!) used for mounting and tuning sympathetic strings on old-style French hurdy-gurdies?
