Bulgaria was conquered in 1396 and Serbia in 1460 (its capital Belgrade was conquered in 1521).Bucharest the capital of Romania was conquered in 1461, Bosnia in 1462, Albania in 1467, Moldavia in 1473, the Crimea in 1475, Hungary and its capital Budapest in 1526 and Austria in 1529. Its capital Vienna was put under seige more than once but was not conquered. Poland came to pay the Jizya in 1536.These lands and others were not conquered by the Muslims with the ambition of looting and plundering, as is the case with the colonialist countries. Rather, the ambition was to carry the message of Islam to the people, to bring them out of the darkness into the light, and from the oppression of the rulers to the justice of Islam. Islamic Jurists have defined Islamic lands as all those lands conquered by the Muslims through war or peace and all those lands whose people, in majority, are Muslims. The Balkans are lands which were all conquered by the Islamic State. The land became Kharaji land legally wherein the Kharaj belonged to the Bait al-Maal of the Muslims. The divine rule regarding the Balkans will continue as such until the day of judgement. What is happening now to the Muslims of Kosovo of murdering the men and dishonouring the women, the deportation of the women, children and old people, the looting of wealth, the destruction of houses and the burning of villages is not just a Serbian policy. It is rather a comprehensive Western policy including the NATO states that attack the Serbs under the pretext of defending the Muslim Albanians of Kosovo. The Western states have only one yardstick for their policy; it is opportunism or interest. There is no place in their yardstick for human values or morals. They just deceive by raising false slogans based on their Machiavellian philosophy. If the Western states really care for human beings they care only for their own people. But other people, particularly the Muslims, are in their view only animals and insects. Whoever has doubt in that, we remind them of the secret document which was disclosed, and which was issued by the office of the British Prime Minister John Major on 2/5/93 and was signed by him, and directed to the then Minister in the Foreign Office, Douglas Hogg, and related to Bosnia. The document mentioned: *We are well aware that Greece, Russia & Bulgaria are supplying arms & training to Serbia & Germany, Austria, Slovenia and even the Vatican are doing similar efforts on behalf of the Croatian & H.V.O forces within the region, it is of paramount importance that we make sure that no such efforts are successful on behalf of the Muslims *A possible "Islamic State" within Europe will not be tolerated. *Further, the mistake of training and arming the Afghan fighters and their becoming so-called "Islamic Fighters" now in other parts of the world, as in Bosnia - Hercegovina, will not be repeated * Until the situation in the former Yugoslavia is settled we must at all costs make sure that no state that can be deemed "Muslim" is allowed any say on the West's policy actions in this area.. *Special attention by our internal security services should be placed on the Muslim communities within the Western States *It is therefore, necessary to continue with the sham of the peace talks in order to delay any such possible actions until Bosnia - Hercegovina no longer exists as a viable state and its Muslim population is totally displaced from its land. *This is. in the best interests of a stable Europe in the future, whose value system is and must remain based on a "Christian-Civilisation" and ethic.. *Therefore, we will not intervene in this region to save the Muslim population. The Muslims in the West must be made to see that they cannot oppose our view of the world. and that by the inaction of the "so-called" Muslim governments of the world.. if the West did not rescue the Muslims, they are totally powerless to oppose us, as we control their governments. Nowadays, cries arise in the Western countries against Islamic communities there, because these communities multiply quickly in a way that will disturb the balance between ethnic groupings after a few decades. In particular, these communities hold strongly to their culture and values and do not assimilate with Western society. If the NATO states, led by America, Britain and France, do really care about human rights, why do they pretend to protect the Kurds of Iraq and pay no attention to the slaughter of the Kurds in Turkey? Why do they help the Jew who comes from every corner of the world to seize the land and the house of the Palestinian, and deny the owner of the house and the land his right? It is time for the deceived people to understand, and the deceiving people to be shamed. The NATO states have an interest in containing Russian influence by destroying the power of Serbia that is considered an arm of Russia. America also wants to have puppet states in Europe, using the pretext that she supports them and provides protection to them. So they (NATO) wanted to create a pretext upon which to attack Serbia through tempting her to slaughter the Muslims, deport them, loot their properties and burn their villages. As such, the Western states would achieve two goals at the same time. Firstly they slaughtered Muslim men and humiliated them, and then they showed their favour on them as they save them. Secondly, they provided themselves with the pretext to attack the Serbs. The NATO states which negotiated in Rambouillet led by America, designed the conditions in a way that Serbia would not accept them, with the aim of launching an attack against Serbia. They knew that starting the attack against Serbia would drive it to take revenge against the Muslims, due to the old deep-rooted hatred inherited since the Islamic conquests four to five centuries ago. What is to be done? What is the solution? The problem is not of the Muslims of Kosovo only, or of the Muslims of Bosnia, or the Muslims of Europe or America. The problem relates to the Muslims in the world. This is Iraq under siege, and being attacked for the sake of the interests and policies of America, and not for the sake of protecting the Kurds or the neighbours of Iraq. This is Palestine, which they stripped of its people and gave to the Jews. This is the oil of the Gulf, which instead of being for the well being of its people, America and its allies turned it into a source of malice. So they came to occupy the land and loot its wealth under the pretext of protecting it. After that, they ignited wars in it. much greater than that they destroyed the Islamic Khilafah and suspended the Islamic Shari'a at the beginning of this century. They divided the Islamic Ummah and the Islamic lands from one state into more than fifty states. They appointed over them puppet agents who execute the wishes of their Kaffir masters at the expense of their people. So what is the solution? It is that the Ummah throws away their agent rulers, and takes hold of the rope of Allah (swt), and unites under the flag of one Khalifah who governs with the word of Allah (swt). This is the right solution, which can cure the problem. Any other thinking is sheer wilderness and misguidance. The Islamic Ummah has now all the elements for the success of this solution. She has the Glorious Qur'an and the unblemished Sunnah. She has her glorious history. She has the human resources which are more than 1 and 1/3 billion. She has the best geographic area in the world. She has plentiful natural wealth. She has the promise of her Lord of victory and establishment if she helped Him. She also has good news from the Prophet (saw) of the conquest of Rome after the conquest of Constantinople and that the Khalifah will return on the method of the Prophethood. Allah (swt) says "They want to extinguish Allah's (swt) light with their mouths, but Allah (swt) will not allow except that his light should be perfected even though the Kafiroon hate it.
