can I force OTRS to encode in MIME subject line in all generated  
messages?

I'm using Sendmail method for sending emails and can't switch to SMTP
method, because this causes "wide character..." error in Cmd.pm. My
FreeBSD box uses SENDMAIL-8.13.4.
