You in this case it's much easier. There is an existing translation for
Brazilian Portuguese which need to be reworked.

See in Kernel/Language/pt_BR.pm, there are empty translations marked as ''.

If you updated Kernel/Language/pt_BR.pm, just send it to the list and it
will be updated in cvs.
