thanks for responce, I'll try it.
With default file in 2.0.4 I get half-translated interface (it's test suite, 
therefore it's not important now)

Strange question - why not russians work on russian translation ? ;)

Is there some framework or beginned project for it? I don't want to double 
work ;)

PS are planning to write some "getting started" documentation with simple 
how-tos and expamples (in english)?

now documentation not to answer all questions, its too "simply descriptive", 
IMHO ..
