Sorry for the double posting, my mail server was bugging me...
Anway, never mind my other question, I figured this out:

Adding the following line, in the file /usr/share/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm;

$Self->{’DefaultUsedLanguages’}->{da} = ‘Dansk’;

I must admit, that Thorsten has been doing a great job.

But as far as I understood it should be enough just to put the file in the directory with the other Language files, and it should work... On fortunately it doesn't show up in the language list, any quick fix to this problem.
