We use OTRS 2.2.4 with default charset UTF-8. All OK. Now we write external backend to our billing system users. All OK! All work!:) Little problem! We use billing in Russian with Windows-1251! And When OTRS show FirstName And LastName we can't see Russian think wrong charset! What can we do? Really good thing! Where need! Evgeniy Gejnak
