The notification names are fixed, changing them isn't
recommended. That actually shouldn't be a problem though, since those names are
only shown in the administrator interface and regular agents/customers
won't ever get in touch with them.

Btw: Our mailinglist server currently seems to have trouble with UTF-8
encoded mails under some circumstances. So if your mail gets broken when
sent over the list, please use another character encoding until the
problem is fixed.
