Hi, from this patch http://cvs.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language/fa.pm?r1=1.8&r2=1.9 there is some encoding problem in lots of messages of Persian translation and they become some juck character instead of Persian translation. Just these days, I am working on it to fix them soon. [sorry to reply in mailing list.
