How can we handle this in OTRS if we have several translations for the same english word?

Oups, I'm in vacation,

yes, it's not the best word for the described context.

The main problem is that in english you used the same word for action:
to open a ticket => open ; and for state: state of a ticket : open

In french, we need more :)

To open a ticket: Ouvrir un ticket
State of a ticket: Ouvert.

I got it, I understand this problem now. Unfortunately there is no real technical at this moment.

The only way which I would the at this moment is to use different words in english. Because english is the master template.

Can you point me to the page where this kind of terms are conflicting?

Many thanks!

PS: Nice vacation!

 -Martin
