[otrs-i18n] Please help us to translate OTRS::ITSM

Hi all,

OTRS::ITSM 1.2 is at the end of beta time line. OTRS::ITSM 1.2.1 will be 
released on 2008-08-18. So it's time to review the current OTRS::ITSM 
translation state. 

First of all. What is OTRS::ITSM? OTRS::ITSM is a ITIL® compliant IT Service 
Management Solution based on OTRS. You can find more information about 
OTRS::ITSM here:

It would be very nice if you could help us to translate OTRS::ITSM into your 
language, or update the existing translations. 

At the moment there are translations available in german, czech, and bulgarian. 
Only the german files has been fully translated so far.

You can find a set of empty translation file templates attached to this email, 
which are ready to use. The translated words and phrases need to be written 
between the single quotes on the right side of each expression.

Also, please replace the xx in the header, packagename and filename with the 
two-letter code of your language.

Because OTRS::ITSM consists of several packages that can be installed 
independently from each other, there are currently five files that need to be 
translated.
