[otrs-i18n] Graphic generation and Persian text problem

Hi there,
Does anyone knows what module or component is responsible for generating
image files in Stats? I have some Persian (Farsi) text that is rendered
incorrectly in stats whose output is graphical. I want to test this module
manually. I'm using ActivePerl in Windows.
