Hi Afshar, You can best grab the translation files from CVS, update them and send them back via this list or submit them via Bugzilla (http://bugs.otrs.org). The latest translation files for OTRS (core) are here: http://cvs.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language/ Words that are not yet translated are usually marked with '' so you can search for that. For the ITSM and other OTRS modules, you can best grab the German translation files from CVS, rename the file and update the translation to fit for your language. If you're done, you can submit it via the mailing list or bugzilla.
