Dear Haibin, I guess the company name in the Chinese translation might as well be a mistake - someone might have submitted the translation file they use for their own system to share with all, having forgotten it contained the name of the company. Can you please file a bug report on http://bugs.otrs.org for this issue? Just as a remark: If you would like to make customizations to the translations, you can create custom translation files. If you do a framework upgrade, which might contain a new translation file, your custom translations will still be in place.
