Hi Giordano,

many thanks for this feedback!

You are rigth. I recognized that this is a problem today, because the base wording of OTRS is in english. We use both, "3-letter-month" and "full-word-month". And in english in 3-letter-month it's "May" and in full-word-month it's also "May". The same also in german and oder languages, so we went not into this issue till now. :-/ Anyway, I will put it on the list for OTRS 2.5 to solve this issue.

Many thanks for your help! :)

Hi guys, I am working on the Italian translation of OTRS 2.4, and I noticed that in the "# Template: AAAMonth section", there is an entry for the 3 letter abbreviation of the month "May" ('May' => 'Mag') , but not for the
full entry, which is broken for Italian, since "May" is translated to
"Maggio". Can I just add another entry like this: ('May' => 'Maggio') ?

thanks,

Giordano
