i18n  

[otrs-i18n] Can not process mail

 I sent mails to my OTRS, but not received nothing in the queue, and I have the
following error in the OTRS logs:

[Thu Sep 10 10:40:04 2009][Error][Kernel::System::State::StateGet][222]
StateType 'new' not found!
[Thu Sep 10 10:40:04 2009][Error][Kernel::System::Ticket::TicketCreate][374] No
StateID for 'new'!
[Thu Sep 10 10:40:04
2009][Error][Kernel::System::MailAccount::POP3::Fetch][157] POP3: Can't process
mail, see log sub system
