1. Sun implements GB18030.2000.
2. Mozilla implements GB18030.2000 for compatibility with Sun.
Because Mozilla is cross-platform, the support finds itself on Linux.
3. XFree86 should implement GB18030.2000 for compatibility with
Mozilla.
