IHS sources in the government have indicated that Soetjipto has proposed three more directors, reportedly including Aussie Gautam, former deputy of planning and control at upstream regulator SKKMigas, as upstream director. Prior to joining SKKMigas, Gautam worked for Total E&P for 20 years, giving him industry experience suited to the proposed role.
