Furthermore, this holding company will take over the divestment of PT Freeport Indonesia shares. Until now, the negotiation is still in the process and it is estimated that by increasing the assets of Holding SOE Mining Industry, will be able to absorb the acquisition value of PT Freeport Indonesia. Mr. Sadikin in the past had the position as President Director of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk since April 2, 2013 until March 25, 2016. He most recent position served as Expert Staff of the Minister of SOEs and active as a Member of Advisory Board of Fintech Indonesia. He began his career in 1988 in Information Technology role at IBM Asia Pacific, Tokyo, Japan and then moved to IBM Indonesia with the last position as Systems Integration & Professional Services Manager. He obtained Certification as a Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from Singapore Insurance Institute (2004). He also attended the "Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage Program" from Wharton University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia (2008), Executive Training "Global Strategic Management" of Harvard Business School (2009), Executive Education "Venture Capital Executive Program" from University of California, Berkeley (2010), Executive Education "Interpersonal Dynamics for High Performance Executives" from Stanford Graduate School of Business (2011), and Executive Education "Risk Management in Banking" from INSEAD (2012).
