[IMail Forum] 2003 black-list DNS lookup

I am experimenting with moving my iMail 8.05 platform to a Win2003 server.   I am having difficulty - the smtpd or queue - whichever send DNS requests for black-list checks, etc, are failing and according to the DNS server it is receiving corrupt requests('ms dns server event logs reports 'bad TCP based request')   Unix based DNS doesn't seem any happier with the requests if I point it there.   I saw a previous e-mail on this list saying this was an 'as yet unresolved' problem under 2003. Has this problem now been resolved? If so, I will go get a support agreement and upgrade my version. If not. I await news of a fix.   Thank you. Carl      J.
