The Dictionary Attack Settings are set that way so that they would never actually trigger. It likely works with all zeros, but this doesn't cause any issues the way that it is.

IMail Access Control is set to DENY all computers except one particular machine. Three times today I havehad to go back in and add the machine to the list of allowed addresses. The IP in question will have access for a while and then all of a sudden stop. I go to the Access Control list and the IP is gone again. This has been going on for over a week and started happening all of a sudden.
