Any client. Instead of the file being attached the code is added to the body of the message which is only viewable through looking at the header message code, not in the body of the message from a client. I spoke to Ipswitch support and they said it has something to do with Java but in looking at the header from a Yahoo Web Mail I do not see where Java is called.
