[IMail Forum] Forwarding mail that isn't spam...

I have an account that is set up just to receive messages id'd as spam.
Occasionally, good emails will land here & it seems that I can't forward
them onto the intended recepient. I'm using Outlook 2003 & will use Resend,
but they bounce back! 
How can I get this to work?
