Robert,

The decrease you're seeing may be due to a new feature Postini rolled out on
April 29 called sublenient spam blocking (SSB). They're now identifying
certain types of spam as absolutely positively no-doubt-about-it spam and
simply deleting it rather than quarantining it. I've noticed a 75% reduction
in the amount of quarantined spam I receive. There's probably more info on
their website if you think this might be related to what you're seeing.
