I'm a bit late to the party on this thread, but for those who like a
little different approach, check out barracuda networks.  They have a
hardware a/v & spam solution that sits between the net and your mail
server (replaces your mx).  It allows you to do all kinds of DNSBL
lookups for blocking, has clam a/v built into it, does updates hourly,
has a bayesian filter to classify spam over time and works great for us.
The downside, the ldap lookups they tout as being for MS Exchange do not
currently work for Imail, but I've been harping to their tech support
about it.  Things may change over time. :)  Just more info to think
about.
