Dr. Juned Siddique, of the Department of Preventive Medicine at Northwestern University, has generously agreed to take over the list from me. The transition will occur on or soon after November 16.
Unfortunately, we are unable to move the list of subscribers to the new list en masse. Therefore, each of you will need to subscribe to the new list. You can subscribe to the new list as follows: 1. Send e-mail to lists...@listserv.it.northwestern.edu without any subject line. 2. Type the following command in the message: ADD IMPUTE e-mailaddress firstname lastname Where e-mailaddress is the subscriber's e-mail address, and firstname lastname is the subscriber's first and last names. For example: ADD IMPUTE a-new...@northwestern.edu Alfred E Newman Adds Alfred E Newman to the list IMPUTE. The new list is open to subscribers now. After the transition, I will maintain the old list as a backup for some period of time, redirecting messages and attempts to subscribe.
