Status update[2] - Inline::BC ver. 0.08

Dear Inline users,

I've made a new release candidate for Inline::BC 0.08 available at 
http://au.geocities.com/rongrw/

I spent some time on the "FILTERS" config option that Inline::BC provides and 
found a problem there. This is also now resolved in version 0.08. The filter 
"Strip_Comments", which the module Inline::Filters provides, is not currently 
available for the BC language.

Comments in BC are identical to comments in C. I have subsequently logged RT 
ticket #45636 and asked if "Strip_Comments" could be made available for BC.

Finally, I've informed the original author of Inline::BC, Piers Harding, of the 
new release candidate and offered my interest in maintaining Inline::BC. Piers 
replied and is happy for me to take over as the new maintainer.
